Close to Central train station. He rang our room in the morning, asking for the kettle back!!?? Like we were going to steal the kettle??!!! There was some kind of gas problem in the hotel as well which apparently never happened before but overall, this hotel and some of the staff there are some and friendly staff of course are an utter disaster.

Good visit. Clean rooms, free breakfast, no problems with staff. Overall decent. A bit of a trek to the reeperbahn though. I'd probably stay in a different area if I was going to Hamburg again, but this was a good stay.

We were in town for a few days and this hotel servee our needs. It's in walking distance to two metro stations, as well as the central train stations.
There are plenty of food options in the vicinity. Breakfast is included, and it's pretty standard fare. This is a no frills hotel that served our purposes for the first few days of our trip.

Short visit to see friends. I have been working in Hannover and decided to visit a few friends in Hamburg. I initially booked for one night but I did book for a second night because I could not be bothered to check out and then wait to check in to another hotel.
The hotel itself was clean, room was fine and overall good for the price. The staff were the real let down. I did not have an interaction with a member of staff which I thought was pleasant.
I came across one who I would go as far as to say was homophobic. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone from the LGBT community.
